UE4 Realistic Loft Interior for In-Camera VFX Movie Production

Finding good spots to film can be a daunting task for many movie productions and that's when In-Camera VFX helps tremendously. The background scenography can be completely virtual allowing lighting, materials, objects to be changed at will. This is a loft interior based on the reference picture redone to hyper realistic detail.

The entire scene takes around 1.5m polygons and uses 31 textures spread across 22 materials. Lighting is baked and the scene is able to run in 4k with SSR on 3090 at about 100 FPS.
